I was just looking over the classes that I need to take and realized just how soon I could graduate. I've been planning on graduating April 2010, so I was trying to decide if I should do Washington Seminar (I was accepted for fall, by the way) in the fall or winter...but then I realized that if we can convince the director to offer the capstone class for my major in the summer, and I dropped my English minor, I could finish classes in August and graduate next December! That's a little freaky. Then I wonder...why am I in such a hurry to get out of here, anyway? I don't even know what I want to do. I've thought about a lot of different options, but I don't know if I'll be ready to make any of those big decisions in just a year. The real world sounds a little scary...maybe I could just stick around and get my master's. I'd really like to get a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. On the other hand...I really like my minor, so do I really want to drop it?
Ugh...decisions, decisions.

As one who graduated early, my advice is stay in school until you know why you want to graduate. If you have a good opportunity elsewhere, want some work experience, need to pay bills, or something like that, then graduate. Otherwise, stay in school. If Joey and I did not need to pay rent, I would be in school right now for sure.
Congratulations on getting in to Washington Seminar! I am excited for you!
Blogspot doesn't do this "wall-to-wall" thing very well, so in response to your question about Twilight, yes I am excited! I am going with a bunch of girls from my office after work to the 6:05 PM showing. Joey was invited but he has to work, so I am having my first girl's night since we have been married. Scott went to the midnight showing last night, hahah.
Yeah I was just realizing that I have to graduate in December and it scared me. Luckily, I still want to do graduate school so I don't have to go out into the world just yet, but the deciding thing is hard. I'm sure you'll make the right choice though! Miss ya!
Hooray for getting into Washington Seminar! Good luck on those hard choices. My guess is that you'd regret dropping your minor, more than you would not dropping it. Besides, BYU is fun!
